Project Details
This site is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. A 1200+ sqft 2 bedroom apartment owned by a working couple with two kids. The customer purchased this apartment with the purpose to live. They wanted interiors which best match their layout. Since it was a round building, it was a little challenging to match the layout with fitouts and civil works.
This was a unique project in itself as the customer comes from a real estate background and has deep knowledge about the interiors. The customer did a great due diligence in finding out the right vendors for each job including civil works, joinery, MEP etc before contracting this project to Interiofy. After 30 days of scouting and brain storming the customer made his mind to go with Interiofy for design and execution of this project. The idea was to keep it under the budget and one contractor responsible for all things. Here are images of the final outcome.
